How does splick•it work? If you don't have a text-capable phone, you can still take advantage of our online service to order and pay for what you want --- just log in to your account at splickit.com and place your order |

Using splick•it |

| How do I sign-up for splick•it? Click Sign Up. To send text orders. We will confirm your mobile number by sending a text message with a confirmation code. We will send a verification email to the email address you provide. |

| How much does splick•it cost? We are waiving the $5 activation charge for the first thousand customers who sign up with splick•it, so sign up now! You only pay when you actually place an order — splick•it adds a 25¢ convenience charge to your order. The convenience charge is per transaction, not per drink or item. |

| Where can I use splick•it? As we roll out our service across the country, splick•it is being offered in select markets. To see an up-to-date list of shops offering splick•it, click the ‘Find Local Shops’ tab. |

Ordering |

| How do I order with splick•it? You order straight from your phone via simple text message to 50500. You can also place an order from the web. See our text ordering help section for more details. |

| When will my order be ready? The default lead time (the amount of time from when you place your order until it is ready for pick up) is 5 minutes. Unless you tell us otherwise, your order will be ready 5 minutes after you text your order. |

| What if I want to change when my drink will be ready? Our developers don’t like cold coffee either! When you text your order, simply include the new lead time after the drink code (splick latt 30 if you want your latte ready in 30 minutes). When you place an order online, you can select a lead-time when you place your order. |
|

What if I want to cancel an order? You can cancel an order until 5 minutes before its scheduled pick-up-time. Note that the default pick-up lead time is five (5) minutes from when you place your order — so you will only be able to cancel orders that you have scheduled to be picked up later. |

| When do I pay for my order? One of the best things about splick•it is that you don’t have to wait in line to pay. In fact, you’ll never even have to open your wallet at a splick•it shop again because you don't pay the shop, you pay splick•it. When you sign up with splick•it, we immediately start a tab for you. (See What is my credit limit?). Each order you place goes on your tab until you reach your credit limit. |

| What is my credit limit? When you sign up with splick•it, we'll set your credit limit at $8.00. When you've ordered enough to hit your limit, we'll send you an email letting you know it's time to pay your bill. And of course, when you reach your limit, no new splick•it orders will go through. As you establish your payment history with us, we'll increase your splick•it limit. |

| How does splick•it bill me? splick•it keeps a tab of your orders and bills you when that tab reaches your set limit. Your initial splick•it limit is $8.00. We will send you an email and a text message that you have reached your credit limit and asking you to please log in and pay your bill. You will also receive a notification upon logging into splick•it when your tab needs to be paid. |

| How do I pay splick•it? You can pay splickit via PayPal or any major credit card. You can pay your balance off any time by logging in to your splick•it account and clicking on "pay my bill." |
